Charlie Catterall has worked in the commercial real estate industry for over 10 years. Previously a Director at HDH after working in partnership with Richard to set up their leisure department.
Charlie has worked closely on the growth and strategy of brands including Honest Burger, The Alchemist, Blacklock, Kricket, Camino and Fat Duck Group. He has acquired key flagship London sites for restaurant brands including Swingers and Wonderland.
Charlie lives in Kings Cross with his wife and Bulldog Geoffrey.
Kit Alexander has 8 years of experience in commercial property, having worked previously at Shelley Sandzer, Colliers & HDH. Kit has extensive experience of representing landlords including Landsec, U+I and Crown Estate, and tenants including Illy, 39 Steps, K Hospitality and River Walk Group.
Kit is from the Isle of Man.
Richard Willcox has over 15 years worth of experience at CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield and HDH; where he became an equity partner. In the past he has represented both landlords and tenants, however his attention was fully focussed to tenants when heading up HDH‘s leisure department.
Richard represents brands including Joe & The Juice, Farmer J, Maximal Concepts and Noma Group. He has helped grow Joe and the Juice from 70 to over 300 stores globally – including over 40 stores in London, and has driven Shake Shack’s expansion into the UK market.
Richard lives in Sevenoaks with his wife and their three English-Australian children.
Dan Hull-Sieff fell into Food & Beverage property by accident – but luckily his passion for restaurants shone through and he has since acted on behalf of a number of operators, including Joe & The Juice, The Alchemist, Redemption Roasters and Haya.
He recently completed his Real Estate Masters at London South Bank University.
Dan has lived in London his whole life.
